Sitework, Excavation, Drainage, Utilities, Concrete Curb and Sidewalk, Asphalt Paving

This new strip of retail stores was constructed as an addition to an existing operating retail center. Our work included removing portions of the existing parking lots and utilities while maintaining access to the existing center as well as excavation, contaminated soil disposal, foundation excavation and backfill, installation of new drainage systems, sanitary sewer and water services.  The project also consisted of the installation of decorative colored patterned concrete as well as concrete pavers, flat work concrete, asphalt paving and bio-retention islands.
